Job Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for maintaining quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process and final inspections and recording quality results. The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In-depth knowledge of quality standards is essential.
Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
- Approves incoming materials to confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production to confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products to confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Prepare accurate bi-weekly reports and logs; summarizing all quality issues and concerns; inputting written and photographic detailed data into our quality database.
- Monitor quality at various stages of the production process to ensure conformance to specifications.
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
- Three years of QC Inspection experience.
- Mechanical and electro-mech inspection experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Effective listening & communication skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.84 – $22.69 per hour
