TruckMaster

The TruckMaster is an air duct cleaning machine that connects to a truck-mounted carpet cleaner. It consists of 3 components:

1. The Duct Cleaning Vacuum Hose/Motor/Brush assembly, which includes:
   1. The 35 ft hose (1.5” or 2”) - crushproof vacuum hose
   2. The out-runner, brushless motor
   3. The flexible steel cable mount between the motor and the hose cuff
   4. The electrical power cord and connector
   5. The “Flex-E-Bristle Brush” that adjusts for ducts from 4” to 12” in diameter.
   6. An Coil 'n Carry strap to easily carry the hose bundle
   7. Dust-Damper attachment (see picture)
2. The power and control box which consists of:
   1. 120 Volt to 12 Volt @ 25 Amp DC Power Supply
   2. Electronic Control board with IR Remote Decoder, Relay and Control Interface
   3. Control Panel with cooling fans, power and control switches and IR Remote Sensor
   4. Entire box is water-proof
      
3. IR Remote handheld transmitter

I heard from my retailer that this method of cleaning will burn out my blower on the truckmount. Please inform me what harm can this do to my truckmount or why is this method safe for my equipment.

Hi Cleaning Cabin,

If you watch the video above at about the 2:20 mark, you'll see that we provide a Dust Damper, which is an adapter that goes between the truckmaster hose and your truckmount hose. Simply attach your rinse hose to the nozzle on the Dust Damper adapter so that the debris is watered down before it goes back to your truck. This prevents dry debris from reaching the blower on your truck.

We've sold hundreds, if not thousands, of these units and have never had a report of ever damaging a blower on a truckmount. Thanks for the inquiry!
