COBRA IV & COBRA IV PRO

The Cobra IV Power Brush System has many capabilities depending on the type of drive cable attached to it. 

The CE2011A includes a 35 foot, 3/8” steel core cable in a 3⁄4” double walled cable housing. It is designed specifically for cleaning air ducts from 4” to 18” diameter with the standard Flex-E-Brush and up to 36” ducts with the commercial brush. The 3/8” cable is the only one that will also allow use of the compressed air feature which provides a fitting for a 125 psi compressor @ 6 cfm and will generate additional agitation at the brush end of the cable. The Cobra IV CE2011A is ideal for use with a negative air machine.

The CE2011B includes the same 4”-18” Flex-E-Bristle Brush, a more flexible 5/16” drive cable and has a 1.5” vacuum hose attached. When the vacuum hose is attached to the Vent Vac 4x4 or a truck mount carpet machine, it provides another style of duct cleaning machine that is effective on ducts up to 18” diameter. The full 1.5” vacuum opening collects dust and debris that is agitated by the brush and transports it to the vacuum collector. With this smaller hose, more static pressure is required than a normal negative air machine can provide, that is why the Vent Vac 4x4 with 75” static pressure and 420 cfm is recommended for this application.

Both versions feature the same 1⁄2 HP DC motor unit with 0-850 RPM controller and dual torque settings. Both versions have a 15 ft remote control with a belt clip, and both can be used to drive the optional 5/16” core dryer duct cables with 4” dryer duct. If you already have a Cobra you can add the other style of cable so you have the tools that meet the requirements of each air system.
