SELF-STUDY TRAINING

CLASSROOM AND HANDS-ON TRAINING

AIR DUCT DECONTAMINATION

This course combines 2 decades of experience into a manual, 4 video tapes and an audio tape to provide you with information on every aspect of the business. Doing the work is described for a variety of system layouts and video from numerous job sites is included. Marketing, Estimating, and other essential business related topics are discussed in everyday terms that will save you weeks or months of experimenting. The audio tape has 2 of Air-Care’s talk-radio shows. Item #M1518

MOLD AND INDOOR AIR QUALITY

Air-Care now has a "Home Study" class on Mold and Phase One Indoor Air Quality Investigations. This presentation has PowerPoint slides, 3 hours of video, and the latest reference materials from the EPA and other organizations. A spread sheet "estimating" program is included to assist in creating an accurate quote, even your first time out. This home study class is designed to teach a duct cleaner, carpet cleaner, flood restoration or HVAC tech all the elements of air quality testing, mold investigation, and techniques used. It will NOT make you a certified mold specialist, but you will be able to tell a REAL certified specialist from an unqualified one, and you will be able to communicate with them as an equal. You will also be able to decide if this is a field you want to pursue, and if so, organizations offering certified mold training are listed for advanced study in this subject. Item #1524

Learning how to advertise and how to quote residential and commercial duct jobs.

"I've been to a lot of trainings, I would rate your training as one of the best I've ever attended and most informative."

"I would recommend this course to anyone getting involved in this trade."
-Michael Holland
