Roger “Scottie” Scott was born and raised in Chicago, IL and moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago.
He came to Air-Care almost seven years ago. and has many duties here at Air-Care including working the shrink wrap machine, boxing filters, working in receiving, operating the forklift, and helping with security.
He also enjoys helping care for Lucky and Lady (our resident dogs and security team), and works in our service department as needed.
When he’s not working at Air-Care, he likes to play football, basketball, and is an avid swimmer.

Last month I discussed the importance of using power and hand tools safely. As a continuation of this topic, below are safety points in proper working attire, protective clothing and proper use of ladders.
As we all know, customer service can make or break a business. You can slash your prices or offer all kinds of incentives but if your customer service is not good, customers will find somewhere else to go.
We are always looking for ways to capture additional revenue from our existing customers and there is such an easy way to do it.
I would like to share some of the things that are going on here at Air- Care since our last newsletter. First, we have updated our service department vehicles and added a new custom trailer to our fleet. Our vans and trailer had a very nice advertising wrap put on them and they look great.
