Recently, we chatted with Petra Hernandez, owner of ACI Clean Concepts in Santa Maria, CA. She was gracious enough to share some insights into her success in the duct cleaning business.
How long have you been in business?
We’ve been cleaning homes and businesses in Santa Maria for 7 years, but as far as duct cleaning goes, we’ve been doing that for the last 3 years.
Why did you decide to get into duct cleaning three years ago?
We learned really quickly that, as carpet cleaners, we needed to diversify so we could establish more of a market presence. Upon looking at several different duct cleaning manufacturers, we wanted to work with Air Care because they stood out above the rest.
The Consumer Products Safety Commission estimates that there are an estimated 15,500 Fires, 10 deaths, and 310 injuries associated with clothes dryer fires every year. CPSC also estimates over $84,000,000 in property damage each year as a result of clothes dryer fires.
Gina Lewis has been with Air Care for 9 years. She originally started in accounts receivable and is currently Office Manager. She is there to help lead our customer service team in helping our customers with their needs and is always trying to find easier and more productive ways to help our customers get the products they need in a timely manner.
